Wrist-hand splint needed

Hello List
We have a 14 yr old profoundly involved C.P. patient who is in need of
resting hand splints for nighttime use. He needs a splint that when applied (patient
is awake and exhibits tone and resistance) holds the wrist in a neutral or
functional position but allows the fingers to curl and then can be adjusted
(when patient is sound asleep and low tone) to provide finger extension. Does
anyone know of such an animal?
