Anyone Heard of a “Selma” Brace?

I have a pt. presently wearing a CTLSO. He has pancoast tumor from c7 to
t2 and is presently receiving radiation chemotherapy. A visiting Dr.
from the U. of Washington ordered a Selma brace to replace the CTLSO for
this patient. We cannot locate this doctor and I cannot locate any
information on a Selma brace, despite my best efforts. When I receive
an answer I shall be happy to share the information.
