Elastic webbing?

Hi List,

I am looking for a manufacturer of wide elastic webbing (like what would be used in a Harris brace corset front).  If anyone knows where I may obtain a roll of this (in 8 to 12 inches wide)  Please let me know.  I have a gentleman with a severe abdominal hernia that cannot be controlled with an off the shelf item.
