Socket rotation

Mitchell Hirsch

I am working w/an AKA, weighing approximately 250lbs. at a K2 level. He is wearing a Ishial Containment socket with a Pin system. The problem I am having is rotation within the socket and the patient refuses to wear a belt. Looking for suggestions.
