I have a pation with under characteristic:
Man,45 y/o job; electrical technician
Clinical symptom;
P.M.H;without surgery with Lumbago one year ago,No diabetes mellitues ,tight hammstring and shotening of Ileopsoas , paresthesia in left culf and foot ,
MRI of L/spine;posterior portrusion of L2/3 disc with degeneration, transitional vertebra (L5/1)
I localize his pain with LSO and exercise therapy in 9 days , But his doctor says that he will handicap in future becase of disc degenera. what do you recommend and dose he need a surgery
