I am a firm believer in post -op for the correct candidate. I have found
that this accomplishes the results that you are asking for. I have done
immediate post op with rigid dressing , and I have done immiadiate post op
with removable prosthesis. Removable is better for the correct candadate. I
have had excellant results when I have been able to apply these devices to
the correct patients. I will not recommend these to a patient that is:
