Re: Apology

Tom,

I read your apology. That is a great letter. I am impressed by the manner
in which you explained the chain of events. I wish more people in our
profession could display such a humble apology with such sincerity and
integrity.

You are a good man. Only God knows how many of us almost pass out when we
hit the “send” button on our computer and then “WOW”….realize what it
means.
