I have traditionally used metal and leather systems to combat genu varus
and tibial varus in smaller children. Of course there is always the
“Forest Gump” stigma that is attached to this type of orthotic approach.
I know that there are some that use plastic systems for this condition
and I would like to find out what level of success some of you may have
had with plastic vs. metal. Any input would be appreciated and I will
post responses without names. Thanks in advance.
