Anyone having difficult getting reimbursed on the temporary K-codes for Roll on liners? I have had several liners denied on several patients, both preps and definitives. If so, what are you finding out? I am going to submit appeals but would like some feedback before I do so.
Anyone know whether (when doing a prep) we are suppose to give up reimbursement for suction suspension when we use these liners, suction suspension is not allowed on preps. I seems to me that CMS made a mess of an important part of the delivery of prosthetic services!
