I have an employee who is a part time student and will finish up her BS
degree next semester. Although she is working in our administration
department at this time, she would very much like to become a
practitioner. I have discussed sending her to the Orthotics Program at
Northwestern and have her return to our facility for her residency and
continued employment, but I want to have a formal agreement pertaining
to how long she must stay with us and also covering revelation of trade
secrets or using of trade secrets. I have been covering the cost of her
undergraduate classes that pertain to science, but I wondered if anyone
with more experience in this area may have some suggestions on how to
set up a contract of this type.
I would appreciate any suggestions that you may have. I will post
