I would like to know what kind of hospital coverage you give to your area hospitals. We are setting up a new contract and the hospital wants 24 hour, 7 days a week coverage. This is something we have never had to provide. What do you do and how do you give them this coverage. How do you staff it and does the person/persons that cover it get overtime for that coverage or time off. I would like any comments on this you can give me. If you can think of anything else that I may not have thought of please feel free to add.
