I have been reading the forum messages recently about the FL license law. As
a consumer (spina bifida 35yrs) I would like to express my disgust with the
way the practitioners have been behaving. I have never witnessed such
childish, backstabbing, treatment toward fellow members of the same
profession. Some of the recent sarcastic remarks, especially from the Tampa
area really leave a bad taste in my mouth. I have been using orthopedic
braces my whole life. I am presently using AFO’s, but I spend most of the
time in a wheelchair. I have met many good and bad orthotists over the
years. Some of you guys are not that good. Even though you have a license.
Please stop the immature remarks and get on with the discussions of O&P.
