While in prosthetic school last year I saw a presentation by an
anaplastologist in the Los Angeles area that did amazing craniofacial
reconstruction work. His name is Stefen Knauss. He has degrees from
University of Illinois and Northwestern University as well as certification
from the American Board of Certification for Prosthetic and Orthotics. He
is a member of the American Anaplastology Association so he could probably
refer you to an anaplastologist in your area. His number is (626) 345-0050;

Sunnybrook Hospital in Toronto ON…the first will do things long
distance the second (even though I work at the same hospital) I don’t
know too much about.
