There have been numerous overtures to purchase SOGI since Hanger purchased
us in August of 1998. Some have been more serious than others. Van Sabel
has assured all of us that there is no deal on the table, and no offers
being considered at the present time. Has Otto Bock had discussions? Yes,
but that was all they were. Obviously things could change, but as of today
SOGI isn’t “on the sales block”. There are lots of rumors, of course, but
most of them are more humerous than prime-time sit-coms.
