Sounds fine. I sent several posts today to the list-serv and all have been rejected. I feel your attempts to make your group known thru the list will also be rejected. I just wrote Paul P. and asked him why, although I guess I know why.
I will help all I can. I, personally, have no desire to start a group such as this. STIF was a joke. Another suggestion was ” Stop Hanger’s Independents Takeover”, if you catch what the initials spell.
I have told the independents they were crazy to buy from SPS, but who listens. As dumb as it is, if an independent can buy items and components at 10% less from SPS than they can buy direct from a manufacturer, they will, and they continue to do so. And the manufacturer continues to sell to SPS at huge discounts, sometimes 50 and 60 percent, which in turn allows SPS to give the discount to the end buyer.
Until the independent facility owner realizes he is contrubuting to his own demise, I think your efforts are in vain.
