Wow! I have been overwhelmed by the volume of responses to my dermatitis
and plagiocephaly helmet query. Thank you.
A number of people asked about the lining material we use in our helmets.
They are manufactured in copolymer with a lining of Bracefoam (Thermofoam).
We use a bivalved design and there are a few ventilation holes at the top of
the head.
After all the panic to receive quick responses the patient did a “no show”
for his appointment! However, I now have plenty of time to consider all the
responses – there appear to be some very useful ideas among them.
