I wish to remain anonymous because of Mr. Schultz’s influence in the
Orthotic/Prosthetic community, but I feel compelled to comment on the
“perverted humor” which he posted on this professional forum.
I can understand that this posting was done unintentionally, even though I
have never heard of a “virus” that forwards one’s e-mail. Mistake or not,
this posting was irresponsible, insensitive, bigoted, and highly
unprofessional. I can’t help but wonder why someone of such prominence in our
profession i.e.; a past president of AOPA, would be dealing and distributing
this dirt across the internet. Mistake, or not, this is a professional
embarrassment of monumental proportions. To blame a “virus” for this
irresponsible act is both arrogant and pretentious.
I suspect this is a side of Mr. Schultz hidden from our profession and
ultimately exposed with great embarrassment.
