partial foot with silicone boot/sock?

Has anyone had any experience using a Silipos partial foot sock under a

silicone (chicago) boot? I have a patient that has a very sensitive

forefoot, but I don’t know if this would be overkill or if it may present

wrinkling or bunching problems.
