What do you pay for ABC Cert. Orthotic Tech?
What do you pay for ABC Cert. Prosthetic Tech?
Do you encourage your techs to get ABC Cert.?
Do you offer any incentive based pay?
What benefits do you normally provide?
How do you evaluate your techs?
How do you train (or continuous training) your techs?
Do you have trouble getting or keeping techs?
Also, please include what part of the country you are in?
