Externally Powered Wrist Hand Orthosis

Hosmer used to be the distributor of the powered hand splint for the

quadriplegia, this was a motor unit with cable drive and a Rancho hand

component, but they they no longer carry the motor unit. Does anyone

have a source for this motor unit or a replacement, I have a few

patients that still relay on this for daily use.
