It was announced today that Hanger Orthopedic is buying NovaCare’s P&O
business for $455 million, including $38 million of NovaCare’s debt.
Hanger will now have approximately 625 patient care facilities and 950
certified practitioners in 42 states. Ron Hiscock is being retained as the
President and COO of the combined company.
