Swimming leg query

Dear Colleagues,

Does anyone have any information on a water proof modular system that allows

the foot to be locked in plantar flexion? I believe there is a U.S. firm,

“Universal America” perhaps (?), manufacturing this type of system. If

anybody is familiar with this or other systems, could they please send me a

contact address/number.
