I am interested in learning if there are “independant” lab owners out
there who have structured their business in such a way for younger
practitioners to work into an ownership role.
My partner and I are 15+ years from retirement. We have three ( 3 ) young
practitioners working for us now who we would like to retain for many years.
Each has expressed an interest in ” being a partner “. Is there a successful
model in our field that others have used ?
