Accessing the federal register

To the O & P community,

We were trying to get a copy of HCFA’s interim final rule in the

May 12, 1998 Federal Register that addresses Skilled Nursing Facilities.

However, to access the information you need a ID number and password.

Does anyone know these access numbers? If you do, please e-mail us
