Pediatric thigh compression

Hello everyone so I’m reaching out I have a child that came into today needing a thigh sleeve she is 7 years old and has a lipoma or some type of lymphatic edema. Where can I purchase this either non custom or custom. Thank you so much I have pictures if anyone needs.
