Shareholders have accepted an offer from CBPE Capital for the purchase of a majority interest in Blatchford, headquartered in Basingstoke, England, which designs and manufactures the Endolite range of lower-limb prostheses. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Blatchford family shareholders will continue to retain a substantial interest alongside the management team, in a transaction that provides the company with “financial resources to pursue its growth aspirations and help build its future position in a rapidly consolidating industry,” according to an announcement.
