Ergoresearch, Laval, Quebec, Canada, announced that Piero Greco has been nominated to the position of chief financial officer (CFO). He will be assisted by Dominique Boudreau as the corporate controller. Greco is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants and has experience in corporate finance, treasury, administration, and mergers and acquisitions.
“Mr. Greco…carried out a number of negotiation[s] at the international level and stood out as a proficient manager of human, material, and financial resources,” said Sylvain Boucher, president and CEO of Ergoresearch. “With the separation of the controller and the chief financial officer positions, the company has given itself the means to perform the next steps in its growth plan.”
