Freedom Innovations, Irvine, California, has hired David Thompson as the director of marketing. Thompson has nearly twenty years of marketing experience in the medical device and consumer healthcare markets. Most recently, he owned a consulting business in Hamburg, Germany, where he provided strategic and tactical marketing services to medical device and consumer packaged goods clients in the United States and Europe. Thompson will be responsible for managing the marketing and customer services departments, and for direct management of the company’s smart technology products.
