Hanger, Austin, Texas, filed U.S. Securities and Exchange Form 12b-25 on August 10 stating that the company is unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30 within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense. According to the filing, “the company requires additional time to prepare its financial statements to be filed as a part of the Form 10-Q due primarily to its continuing efforts to complete its 2014 annual consolidated financial statements, its requirement to file restated consolidated financial statements as identified in, and for the reasons described in its Current Reports on Form 8-K filed February 17 and June 9 and the completion of the audit of its 2014 consolidated financial statements.”
Hanger did not provide an estimate as to when the June 30 quarterly results will be released.
