Over 115 O&P professionals attended the 2019 Össur Women’s Leadership Conference (OWLI) in Chicago in August.
Conference attendance was roughly double that of the 2018 event and included O&P professionals from 23 states and three Canadian provinces.
Attendees experienced three days of interaction and content with topics ranging from digital technology in O&P to personal influence and empowering patients to live life to the fullest. Other topics covered during interactive panel discussions and break-out sessions included “Bringing Men into the Conversation of Equality” and “Increasing Diversity in O&P.”
