Clark & Associates Prosthetics and Orthotics, Waterloo, Iowa, announced the addition of two new partners, Ken Horsfall, CPO, and Brian Frank, CPO. Horsfall will be the practice manager in the Dubuque and Davenport, Iowa, offices. Frank will be the practice manager of the Cedar Rapids, Iowa, facility. Clark & Associates has eight offices in Iowa.
