United Medicare Plans

Hello All,

Is anyone able to point me to the United (AARP Medicare Complete) medical policy that states prosthetic devices are not paid by United during a part A stay in a SNF. I was advised that United does not follow the Medicare guidelines exempting prosthetics from SNF consolidated billing. Any assistance would be appreciated.
