I was recently contacted by a patient who lost part of her nose in an automobile accident. Neither her insurance or the other driver’s insurance covered ‘cosmetic prosthetics’. Because of her disfigurement, she has lost her job and her home. Can someone point me to who handles such or a charitable organization that would assist her.
