Testing expulsion valves.

Hello to everybody, hope the day is going well this is my first use of this site so I hope I am following posting guidelines. Have an issue that I need ideas on how to solve or make improvements to.

Was wondering how folks are testing your expulsion valves in flexible inner liners and finished acrylic sockets? Use of water is not a 100% and can give false security so want to improve our process and looking for ideas to implement in our fabrication lab. Any ideas or advice would be greatly appreciated.
