Thank you to everyone who responded! I received many replies; the following
are the abbreviated replies:

1) Majority indicated KISS feet, distributed either through SPS or Cascade
possibly? Part #CMP27/A

2) Second majority indicated they made them themselves, with some good
technical specifics if anyone is interested

3) Freedom Innovations may also make them

4) Ed Grace from Grace Prosthetics makes them custom, as well
