Elevated Vacuum Question

Dear List,

I have a TT patient who is interested in elevated vacuum. The challenge in
this case is the gentleman’s body weight – 450#.

The options I have identified so far are the Otto Bock E-Pulse, or manual
evacuation method using a brake bleeder.

I would be very interested to learn of any experiences in fitting vacuum
in persons in this weight category.
