Our practice is trying to get a sense of ‘what is normal’ with regards to
the stability of our technology setup. Over the last 5 years we have
invested a good bit of money in the hardware and infrastructure set up for
our practice and yet we continue to have fairly regular issues with the
stability of the network and Internet connectivity. We do understand that
there are a number of variables in play here. Again, the goal of this
inquiry is to get a sense of ‘normal’ from the experiences of other
practices.

Questions:

1. How often during a month does your practice have network access
issues?

2. How quickly does your technology service provider respond to your
issues?

3. How satisfied are you with your technology service provider?
