LCD for custom WHFO

Dear List,

I have a patient in a nursing home with Medicare (part B) that needs a
custom resting hand splint, L3808. I already have the method and material
to make it, but I cannot find an LCD from Medicare regarding criteria for
custom WHFO. I cannot find an LCD for any upper extremity orthoses. We have
tried prefab without success. Can any one help with this LCD scavenger
hunt?
