Mastectomy Fitting

Does anyone know if a Certified Prosthetist has Mastectomy Fitting within
its scope of practice or can they only be done by certified mastectomy
fitters? I have a prosthetist with mastecomy fitting training, and an
insurance contract trying to exclude Mastectomy fitting for lack of a
“Certified Fitter”.
