I’m curious if Prosthetics and Orthotics International was Peer Reviewed in 1994. I’m trying to ascertain if an article I’m interested in from the first issue in 1994 was subject to peer review. I’ve attempted to contact the editors of POI at that time, John Hughes and Norman Jacobs, but their University of Strathclyde email address bounced back. Does anyone know?
