EPX is a O&P supplier out of Topeka ,Kansas.They make stuff like this all
the time .Their number is 1-800-279-3863.I know that in the past they have
done custom orders for me and maybe this sleeve was one of those type of
orders.This company mainly makes elastic and neoprene ankle and knee
supports.Hope this helps.

SPS and Cascade (and probably others) carry them – EPX brand. They
come with or without velcro straps for added suspension. Also in tan
or black.

I had a patient come in today with a prosthesis that was provided out of
state. He needs a replacement suspension sleeve, and the one he has is
something that I haven’t seen before. It is not as much of a suspension
sleeve as a protective covering made of spandex with strips of silicone sewn
on the inside to prevent it from slipping down the prosthesis and to keep it
up on the thigh. The sleeve has the following brand on the tag that is
connected to it “EPX 2.5”. Is anyone familiar with this?
