And it will keep trending that way: 5 of the 10 graduates of the Francis Tuttle O&P Technician program so far are women. All are working in the field or continuing their education.

I am proud to report that about 40% of the patient care practitioners at New England Orthotic & Prosthetic Systems (NEOPS.com) are women. That’s correct, 40% are women!!. We currently have 22 practitioners of which 8 are women. It is also interesting to note that 3 of our women practitioners are branch office managers/partners. as far as I know, we have the highest percentage of women practitioners of any O&P company around.
