Well, it looks like the forces against consolidation should aquire all the
votes possible to fight it… it won’t be a slam dunk that consolidation will
fail.
Regardless of why we weren’t informed (of the 51% requirement to pass) until
now, it appears to be the way it is, so make your decision based on your
perception of the ramifications of consolidation on our field and our
clients, not because you’re frustrated with perceived politics surrounding
the issue.
