Today I attended a seminar by Flex-Foot. During the presentation squeek
prevention measures were addressed. Flex foot suggests that placing their
Spectra sock over the carbon fiber prior to placing the moulded foot cover on
it reduces squeek. When the proper heel wedge is used between the foot module
and the heel it should be split(for split toe) and cut the width of the carbon.
Also it should be roughed up on both sides and glued to bottom side with crazy
glue. All three of these installation points reduce squeek according to
Flex-Foot.
