BPOC, Chicago, a healthcare private equity firm, announced that it has completed the sale of Cranial Technologies, Tempe, Arizona.
Since 2017, BPOC has partnered with Cranial Technologies to develop, manufacture, and distribute custom cranial orthoses to treat infants with plagiocephaly. BPOC helped Cranial Technologies expand access to the orthoses, grow its clinic footprint, and improve quality of care. During the partnership, Cranial Technologies nearly tripled its locations to 80 clinics in the United States.
