iFIT Prosthetics LLC is a US Veteran-owned business founded in 2010 by Dr. Timothy Dillingham, a board-certified rehabilitation physician and US Army Veteran specialized in the care of persons with amputations. Our mission is to produce technologically advanced, adjustable, immediate-fit, patient-centered, accessible prosthetic devices that enhance the lives of persons with lower-limb amputations.
TECHNICAL LEADERSHIP
iFIT Prosthetics LLC is the first and only company to develop and commercialize a full line of pediatric and adult adjustable, immediate-fit prostheses. Completely developed and manufactured in the US with sustained grant funding from the National Institutes of Health, we developed, tested, patented, and commercialized a full line of transtibial and transfemoral prosthetic systems.
PROVEN TECHNOLOGY
iFIT sockets and components underwent rigorous strength and durability testing using adapted ISO Standards for prosthetic componentry. Our devices are waterproof and amenable to further customization resulting in the optimal fit and alignment on the patient’s limb by an iFIT-certified prosthetist. The devices have been extensively tested and are guaranteed to withstand the rigors of even the harshest environments, earning them the prestigious CE Mark certification.
WHAT MAKES iFIT DIFFERENT FROM OTHER DEVICES IN THE MARKET
Our prosthetic systems are fitted and aligned on the patient’s limb in a single session with a few hand tools. They are injection-molded with proprietary advanced materials and produced with highly consistent quality at a fraction of the cost of conventional devices. In partnership with Allard USA and Advanced Design Concepts Engineering, our devices are finding their way to prosthetists and patients across the US and international locations.

iFIT Prosthetics is a company committed to continuous quality improvement. We are excited to introduce our new adjustable, immediate-fit subischial transfemoral prostheses for adults and children. In addition to being lower in profile, these novel sockets are significantly more comfortable sitting and walking than conventional ischial containment sockets.
We are also proud to announce our new line of transtibial prostheses featuring an advanced closure system. With sizes fitting both pediatric and adult patients, our sockets are lighter and lower in profile for greater comfort and better fit under clothing. Our patented adjustable cup provides flexibility to accommodate a wide range of limb circumferences.
