Job Description
Tolsma Stockwell Prosthetics and Orthotics is seeking a Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist to join our dedicated team. We are committed to restoring mobility, independence, and quality of life for our patients through expert care and innovative solutions.
Position Details
- Schedule: Four days per week (full-time benefits eligible).
- Location: 384 E. Garden of the Gods, Ste 140 Colorado Springs, CO
- Work Environment: Supportive, patient-centered practice with a healthy work-life balance.
- Start Date: November 1st.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive prosthetic care, including patient evaluation, design, fitting, and follow-up.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other clinicians to develop treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and standards.
- Participate in continuing education to remain current with best practices and advancements in prosthetics.
Qualifications
- ABC Certification required.
- Experience in patient-centered prosthetic care preferred.
- Proficient in fabrication skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to professionalism, compassion, and innovation.
- Pediatric experience preferred.
