Gates Prosthetics + Mobility Clinic is an independent, practitioner-owned practice — not a corporate chain. We’re hiring a CP or CPO for our Mountain Home, Arkansas clinic who wants to work directly with individual patients: knowing them by name and owning their care from evaluation through delivery and follow-up. Clinical decisions here are made in the clinic, by clinicians — the owner is a practicing CPO — and success is measured in patient outcomes, not production quotas. On-site fabrication partner, so no waiting on a distant central fab.

What we’re looking for: ABC CP or CPO in good standing; 2+ years preferred — new grads and board-eligible candidates welcome; Arkansas licensure or ability to obtain it; a patient-first clinician who wants a voice in how the clinic runs.

Mountain Home sits between two lakes and the White River — Ozark trails, low cost of living, and a practice that knows its patients by name.
