Click Medical is awarding a scholarship to send one woman to a Range of Motion Project (ROMP) volunteer clinic in Guatemala or Ecuador. Click Medical will cover the cost of the trip and flights. Applications are due by February 9.
Click is actively supporting women in O&P to boost gender diversity. “Our goal is to contribute to a more inclusive industry by providing extra support to women, fostering a dynamic future for O&P,” the company said.
The trip is a hands-on, week-long session with a chance of using the Click Medical adjustable socket technology. Alongside the ROMP team, attendees work with Ecuadorian and Guatemala prosthetists, serving local amputees in need of prosthetic care through ROMP.
Candidates must identify as a female and be pursuing a master’s degree in O&P, either enrolled in school, completing a residency, or graduated within the 2023 calendar year.
To apply, visit Click Medical’s application page.
