Achieving Optimal Prosthetic Outcomes in Physical Therapy I
This two-day offering provides education on the treatment of the lower-limb amputee. This includes physical therapy topics such as acute post-operative management, techniques for gait training, and outcome measures. The course also covers prosthetic management, including a review of prosthetic components, socket suspension, pre-op and post-op care, and gait evaluation.
